"I received my bill a month ahead of the due date the total went up $100 so I ask why and they added my son to my insurance without asking and I explained my son doesn’t even live in the same state they said they would take care of it and they did not they took the money out of my account and I called and they said they could not give me the difference back they could give me a credit it so frustrating my budget is tight and an extra $100 really hurt the reason I called a month before the payment came out was to not let this happen just selfish not everyone is fortunate enough to give a $100 here and there especially right when school started"

"It was my mother's experience and it was awful. My mother moved from Il to Mo thus needing to transfer her car insurance needs to Mo. I drove my mother to Mr Bullinger's office last November so she could get everything set up. Mr Bullinger was busy so the kind receptionist stated she would and could take care of everything as it was only a transfer. My mother was gathering her paperwork to renew her car tags and realized she didn't have a current insurance ID card. We called the State Farm "800" number last night and found there was no information after November 2016 regarding insurance coverage. My mother was in tears. She had never received a telephone call, letter or statement from Mr Bullinger's office or State Farm for renewal. Since she pays annually it didn't occur to her anything was wrong until last night. This morning my mother went to a different agent in Cape and when that receptionist telephoned Mr. Bullinger's office she was told my mother "refused" insurance because the premium was too high. This was not the truth what-so-ever. (Please note my mother has been a State Farm customer for over 50 years). My mother is now being penalized with a higher premium because she went without insurance since last November. This is not the way to conduct business with anyone especially someone elderly. Shame on you!"

"Very friendly and polite man. However, my family was forced to scramble and find new insurance within a month (our local bank via the mail contacted us BEFORE we got a letter from State Farm saying we were being dropped). The casual manner in which our agent talked with us (both our mortgage lenders and I had to play phone tag with our agent) about stopping our insurance from being dropped made me more than happy to switch to an insurance agency that would act like they cared about me."
